Conwy, Denbighshire & Flintshire Councils Choose Timebase

Conwy County Borough Council, Denbigshire and Flintshire County Councils have chosen Timebase to help them operate a new time recording system within their Legal Services Departments.

Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire has opted for Timebase Time Recording as part of a wider drive to increase the efficiency of their Legal Services Departments.

The departments provide comprehensive in-house legal support to their Councils and therefore require a flexible tool capable of handling and recording time against a wide variety of cases. Timebase Time Recording is the time recording module of Timebase Case Management which means that each department can move to full case management in a phased process requiring just additional training to utilise all the available case management facilities.

Delyth Jones, of Conwy CBC, explained: “We examined a number of systems, and after a lot of consideration, Timebase Time Recording / Case Management was selected. We needed a service which is highly flexible, yet easy to use and provided good continuity to our time recorders. We were also looking at a future requirement for case management and a system that could operate in a Shared Service environment. Timebase Case Management met all those requirements. Additionally, as we have worked with Tricostar for many years, we were confident of the level of support and service they provide”.

Jeff Lawler at Tricostar explained: “We are delighted that all three Councils chose to move on to Timebase Real Time /Case Management as we have worked with them for many years”.
