02 Nov Leeds City Council chose Timebase Court Bundling
After a rigorous tender process Leeds City Council have chosen Tricostar to supply their new Court Bundling application.
Timebase Court Bundling was initially chosen by Leeds City Council in April 2010 and after a short Proof of Concept exercise implementation of the live application took place.
Installation and Training was completed between Mid-July and Mid-August before Leeds City Council went live.
Forsyth Hill of Leeds City Council explained “We are pleased with the Court Bundling Trials and the support we have received from Tricostar in working with our IT service to launch the system onto our network. We hope to realise significant savings in our consumables from using this system which will help us to sustain service levels and return better value for money.”
Jeff Lawler, Managing Partner at Tricostar said “We are delighted to have another major City Council as a client. Our web based court bundling application had to stand on its own merits against the other leading suppliers of this application. However as the court bundling application is a component of Timebase Case Management all the applications available as components within this core application will also now be available to Leeds City Council should they wish to explore them. These include time recording, document bundling, case management, contract management and Section 106 management to name but a few.”
Timebase (based on Sage CRM) can be configured to a client’s requirements without any effects on the underlying code. It comes with a powerful user driven workflow and reporting engine that enables government organisations to manage processes and share data within their various departmental organisations.
The system’s multi-layered security model permits the inter-departmental sharing of the database and the hardware platform. This significantly reduces the organisation’s overall infrastructure and knowledge costs required to maintain the system environment.
