Two Welsh Local Authorities Choose Tricostar LLP’s Case Management System

Two Welsh Local Authorities – Part of South West Wales Shared Legal Service – Choose Tricostar LLP’s Shared Service Legal Case Management System: Timebase

Tricostar LLP is delighted to announce that The City & County of Swansea Council and Carmarthenshire County Council have chosen Timebase after a rigorous Tender process. Timebase was the first 100% web based system for the Legal Market and has continued to lead in both product functionality and innovation for a web written product. A key requirement of these Welsh Councils as indicated below….“The City & County of Swansea Council and Carmarthenshire County Council are delighted to be with working Tricostar to deliver a new case management system as part of the South West Wales Shared Legal Service after undertaking a joint procurement process to replace current systems. Both Councils are confident that Timebase will enable them to work closer with other partners and also to improve the delivery of services to their clients. It was essential that the new system was web based to make it easier for lawyers and support staff to have access to their critical information regardless of where they are based.  Timebase not only meets this requirement but provides features that you would normally only see in traditional systems installed on PC’s.” – The City and County of Swansea Council.“After a number of Councils in North Wales have used Timebase for many years, they were then followed by The National Assembly for Wales, who use the complaints system module of multilingual Timebase in both Welsh and English. We are pleased to continue to make further inroads into South Wales with these two additional significant Councils with 135 users. When Councils are looking to share services in a web based environment then without a doubt Timebase is the UK’s leading product.”  Jeff Lawler -Tricostar LLP’s Managing Partner.Tricostar LLP’s services in delivering this project include data migration from their existing legal case management system and all services to include installation, configuration, project management and training.
