Two-way integration between Lotus Notes Mail and Novell GroupWise.

Tricostar, a leading software development company, is now offering Linkpoint360 to enhance two-way integration between Lotus Notes Mail and Novell GroupWise with Timebase Case Management and Sage CRM.

Linkpoint360 offers Timebase Case Management and Sage CRM users seamless email integration with Lotus Notes and Novell GroupWise. This integration allows users to utilise Timebase Case Management or Sage CRM contacts from Lotus Notes or GroupWise, log inbound and outbound emails to the communications tab and record email messages at the contact or case level. Linkpoint360 works in Lotus Notes “Connected” and “Island” modes or Novell GroupWise “Online”, “Cached” or “Remote” modes.
